Yes. The free version covers up to 10 maintenance tasks, seasonal bundles, app and email reminders, contractor contacts, projected expense reports, and cloud sync across your devices. Maintnr Pro adds unlimited tasks, inventory and warranty tracking, full reporting, and multi-property management.

How does Maintnr Pro billing work?

Pro is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and can be managed or canceled in your device's subscription settings.

Can I use Maintnr on more than one device?

Yes. Every account includes cloud sync, so your data stays current across all your devices. On iOS, the app also supports Family Sharing.

Can I manage more than one property?
